Silver Award 2013
St. Luke’s Boise and Meridian Medical Centers have received the 2013 Get With The Guidelines – Heart Failure Silver Quality Achievement Award from the American Heart Association. The recognition signifies that St. Luke’s has reached an aggressive goal of treating heart failure patients according to the guidelines of care recommended by the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology. St. Luke’s Boise and Meridian also earned similar awards in 2010. The Get with the Guidelines – Heart Failure Gold Performance Achievement Award recognized St. Luke's for excellence in improving quality care and outcomes for patients with heart failure and stroke using the latest evidence-based guidelines. The Mission: Lifeline Bronze Performance Achievement Award recognized St. Luke's for high standards of care and survival of patients experiencing the most serious form of a heart attack—ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI).
