Policy Assistance

Assist with writing and/or updating your company substance abuse policy

 

Training

Provide supervisory and employee substance abuse training, and training materials

 

Testing/Collections

Coordinate all drug and alcohol test collections (on-site, clinics, nationwide)

 

Random Selections

Computerized random selection process and administration

 

Laboratory

St. Luke's Occupational Health Services contracts with NWT, a privately held SAMSHA-certified laboratory based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Northwest Drug Testing, a division of NWT, was founded in 1981 and has become one of the world's foremost leaders in drug abuse and adulterant testing. Or, we can work with the lab of your choice.

 

Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services

Michael Weiss, MD, MPH, MROCC, contacts each donor with a positive urine test to verify results and rule out any alternative explanation that might cause a false-positive test.

 

24 Hour Post-Accident Drug Testing

24-hour post-accident drug testing when an employee presents at any St. Luke's Emergency Department

 

Reporting

Results are reported confidentially via phone, fax, or e-mail.
