Injury Prevention:
Job Analysis
Essential functions of any job are identified and quantified to meet regulatory agency requirements. This will help the employer recruit employees that can perform the level of work required.
Job Placement Assessment
An inexpensive pre-employment, post-offer screen that quantifies the prospective employees current physical capabilities. The assessment meets ADA and EEOC guidelines.
Ergonomic Assessment
Specialists provide a comprehensive, OSHA-compliant analysis of specific work sites to identify risk factors and make recommendations for a safer work area.
Education
On-site educational lectures and training sessions empower employees by focusing on injury prevention topics. The service is tailored to the specific needs of the employer and job site.
Injury Management:
Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy
Licensed therapists assist injured workers in returning to their highest level of function in the workplace.
Work Conditioning/Work Hardening
Structured conditioning and work simulation activities that are tailored to each individual and job to help expedite return to work.
Functional Capacity Assessment
The research-based, reliable and legally defensible KEY method is used to quantify the injured worker's current functional capabilities. This assessment may be correlated with the outlined job demands and help ensure a safe return to work.
