The Sleep Disorders Center’s professional staff is made up of highly trained people skilled in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders.
Brett E. Troyer,
M.D.
Dr. Troyer is Medical Director of St. Luke’s Idaho
Sleep Disorders Center. Dr. Troyer received his medical degree
from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1988
and completed his residency in Internal Medicine 1991. He
was board certified in Pulmonary Medicine in 1994 and Critical
Care Medicine in 1995. He is a Diplomate of the American
Academy of Sleep Medicine, having been board certified in
1997.
Stephen W. Asher,
M.D.
Dr. Asher is one of the founders of the Sleep Disorders Center.
He is in practice as a Neurologist, having received his medical
degree from the University of Rochester, School of Medicine
and Dentistry, where he completed his residency in 1972.
He was board certified in Neurology by the American Board
of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1980.
