Today we are a network of five cancer centers dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment close to home; patient-centered care and support; cutting-edge research; and community prevention, education, and early detection initiatives.
St. Luke's MSTI
When patients require hospitalization, inpatient care is provided at St. Luke's Boise, Meridian, and Magic Valley Medical Centers.
Patients under the care of physicians at St. Luke's MSTI in Nampa will receive the services listed above on site at the Nampa center. However, depending on their diagnosis and treatment plan, patients may also receive care at our Boise center. These services include:

|Larry Fiorentino, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He earned his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency and fellowship.|
|Timothy Sawyer, MD, Radiation Oncologist, is board certified in radiation oncology. Dr. Sawyer earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Seattle University and his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Gundersen Clinic/Lutheran Hospital in Wisconsin and his radiation oncology residency at Mayo Clinic. While training at Mayo, he received the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology Clinical Research Award, given annually to the radiation oncology resident in the U.S. performing the most significant clinical cancer research.|
|Jonathan Swerdloff, MD, Medical Oncologist / Hematologist, is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology. He earned his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Washington and his oncology fellowship at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.|
|Colleen Lambertz, RN, MBA, MSN, FNP, Nurse Practitioner, works in Radiation Oncology. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from South Dakota State University, her master's degree in business administration from Boise State University, and her master's degree in nursing / family nurse practitioner from Gonzaga University.|
|Brittany Linn, RN, MSN, NP-C, Nurse Practitioner, works in Medical Oncology / Hematology. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and certified as a chemotherapy and biotherapy provider through the Oncology Nursing Society. She earned her master's degree in nursing / family nurse practitioner from Idaho State University.|
|Jennifer Suida, ACNP, Nurse Practitioner, works in radiation oncology. She is a certified acute care nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and has many years of experience as a radiation and medical oncology nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Arizona State University and master's degree in nursing from Georgetown University.|
Patients are seen by appointment. Please notify us if you will be late; you may be asked to reschedule.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. This will enable us to serve all patients in a timely manner.
If you are a new patient, you will be mailed paperwork to complete prior to your appointment. We ask that you bring your insurance card with you to each visit and notify us of any changes in your address, phone number, or insurance information.

If you need a refill on any medication, please contact your pharmacy and they will notify us. Allow 24-48 hours to process your refill request.
