Upon scheduling pathology, a written Lab order is "required", orders can be hand-carried by the patient or faxed to Central Scheduling at 706-5855

Blood Patch Test are performed in the Emergency Department and are not a scheduled test. Please send Rx with patient and/or call ED directly (Boise 381-2344 or Meridian 706-1140)
