Description:
The American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking program is a behavior modification approach to quitting. It helps you understand why you use tobacco and teaches you how to "un-learn" the automatic behavior of smoking. This program also emphasizes long-term changes such as healthy eating, exercising, and stress management.
