Our Medical Providers


Roman Babij, MD

Roman Babij, MD has been a general surgeon for 27 years. He serves on the medical staffs of Saint Alphonsus in Ontario, Weiser Memorial Hospital, and St. Luke’s. Dr. Babij earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed his surgical residency and internship at the Veterans Affairs medical center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Dwaine Anthony

Dwaine Anthony “Tony” Tesnohlidek, MD has been in private surgical practice in the Fruitland-Ontario area since 1994. He serves on the medical staffs of St. Luke’s and Saint Alphonsus in Ontario. Dr. Tesnohlidek earned his bachelor’s degree in bacteriology from the University of Idaho and his medical degree from the University of Washington Medical School. He completed his surgical residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle.

Your Appointment
Patients are seen by appointment. Please notify us if you will be late; you may be asked to reschedule.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. This will enable us to serve all patients in a timely manner.

If you are a new patient, you will be mailed paperwork to complete prior to your appointment. We ask that you bring your insurance card with you to each visit and notify us of any changes in your address, phone number, or insurance information.

Insurance Plans
Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans are accepted. We ask that you bring your insurance card with you to each visit and notify us of any changes in your address, phone number, or insurance information.

Medication Refills
If you need a refill on any medication, please contact your pharmacy and they will notify us. Allow 24-48 hours to process your refill request.
