It is the only urologic oncology clinic in the state of Idaho and offers a multidisciplinary approach to cancer. Our Providers

Stephen Brassell, MD Stephen A. Brassell MD, FACS completed his undergraduate degree at Villanova University in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and went on to Georgetown University for Medical School on a Health Professional Scholarship. He then completed an internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, followed by two years as Battalion Surgeon with 10th Special Forces Group. On returning to Walter Reed, he completed the urology residency program and then a fellowship in urologic oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. While serving as a urologic oncologist at Walter Reed, he was appointed the Associate Director of the Center for Prostate Disease Research, a multi-institutional national prostate cancer program, and Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

His military courses include airborne, flight surgery, dive medical, and cold weather/mountain warfare training. He has received a Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal among other awards. Dr. Brassell chaired over 30 research studies and has published and presented over 70 articles in the urologic literature with a focus on urologic cancer. He has expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery as well as the management of complex urologic malignancies.

Medication Refills

If you need a refill on any medication, please contact your pharmacy and they will notify us. Allow 24-48 hours to process your refill request.
