May is National Physical Activity & Sports month! To celebrate, each Monday this month Healthy U will share a short video clip from the Activity Bursts Everywhere series.

“Activity Bursts” are physical activities that last less than five minutes to complete and can be done almost anywhere by anyone! Take the Healthy U challenge to move more in May by adding even one Activity Burst to your day.

Midweek Mindfulness

 

Mindful

Learn how to reduce stress, anxiety and tension through mindfulness meditation. Brief instruction will be given by a St. Luke’s chaplain, followed by a 20-minute “sit” in a supportive and nurturing environment. This practice is provided with respect for people of any faith background, including “none.”

Try the new Lync online meeting system and participate in many Healthy U programs from virtually anywhere! It’s convenient and simple. Just register for the class or program you’re interested in, receive the meeting link from Healthy U, then login remotely from any computer on the day of the scheduled class or program.
