St. Luke's Emergency Department has highly trained and experienced physicians on staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to meet community emergency healthcare needs. Last year, our Emergency Department provided care to more than 30,000 patients.

Magic Valley Paramedics

Magic Valley Paramedics is a full-service, advanced level ambulance service providing emergency and non-emergency care and transportation to the sick and injured in Twin Falls County. Advanced life support rendezvous assistance is provided to surrounding counties, and inter-facility transfers are provided to area hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.

When to Seek Emergency Care

Call 911 immediately or go directly to the nearest emergency department for conditions that could be life-threatening, such as:

Chest pain or chest pressure Difficulty breathing Acute neurologic symptoms such as weakness or confusion Major injury or trauma Severe allergic reactions Uncontrolled bleeding Severe pain Newborns with a fever

Abdominal pain High fever Kidney or urinary problems Obstetrical and gynecologic concerns Seizures Prolonged or severe vomiting and diarrhea Unusual headaches
