Perrine Bridge Festival 2010
Join us on September 9, 10 and 11 for the fifth year of the Perrine Bridge Festival!
This fundraiser, organized by the Perrine Bridge Festival, raises money for children with special needs in the Magic Valley. Grants from the Children with Special Needs Fund help local families with wheelchair ramps and batteries, physical, occupational and speech therapy costs, hearing aid replacements and transportation to out-of-area doctors.
Perrine Bridge Festival activities kick-off with an Art Auction on September 9 and continue on September 10 with a benefit luncheon at the Outback Steakhouse and an evening kayak race beginning in Centennial Park. Saturday’s activities include B.A.S.E. jumpers performing on the Perrine Bridge, skydivers falling out of airplanes over the Snake River, a carnival, food vendors, 5K and 10K adult races, a Kids’ Fun Run, a Bike Race, and “Dancing on the Edge,” an evening dance to a live band! Saturday’s events take place by the Buzz Langdon Visitor Center in Twin Falls, Idaho.
