If a disaster occurs, patient care is the first priority. However, any of your requests or needs will be met as soon as possible. Please familiarize yourself with: St. Luke's Disaster/Crisis Guidelines

Disaster/Crisis Information

In the case of a disaster or crisis, this area of the website will be updated by the Public Relations staff at least every 60 minutes or as news occurs.

Requests for Information

Please e-mail or call the Public Relations Manager with requests for information. In order to make a response possible, include the following information in your email:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Media Outlet
  • Phone and Fax Number
  • Email Address
  • Information Requested
  • Date/Time Needed By

A member of our staff will be in touch with you within 24 hours. If you require immediate attention, please call (208) 381-2002 to speak directly with the Public Relations Manager.
