ST. LUKE’S HONORED WITH
NATIONAL
PATIENT SATISFACTION AWARDS
Boise, ID (September 16, 2004) - St. Luke’s Regional
Medical Center has been recognized as a national award winner
in healthcare service and quality by Avatar International
Inc., a leader in healthcare research and consulting. Avatar
International, Inc. extended awards to St. Luke’s in
the categories of: Overall Best Performer and Exceeding Patient
Expectations.
Ed Dahlberg, president and CEO of St. Luke’s Regional
Medical Center, said of this honor, “I’m extremely

2003 patient surveys.
