Care Flight – Reno, Nevada
CalStar – Hayward, California
Enloe Flight Care – Chico, California
Life Flight Montana – Missoula, Montana
Life Flight Network – Portland, Oregon

Idaho Helicopters, Inc. is the FAR Part 135 Certificate Holder providing aviation services and owns and operates Air St. Luke's helicopters. Turbo Air, Inc. is the FAR Part 135 Certificate Holder providing aviation services and owns and operates the airplane used by Air St. Luke's.
